Faculty, Staff and Students Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of CMMS
CMMS has served the UCF international student community for over 20 years, from 1987-Present. To celebrate this remarkable achievement, two celebrations were held. The formal anniversary celebration was held on October 11th, 2007. Many well-recognized members of the UCF and Central Florida community attended, including UCF President, Dr. John C.Hitt; CMMS founder, Dr. Consuelo Stebbins; major contributor to the CMMS Barbara Ying buildings, Dr. Nelson Ying; and the Director of CMMS, Mrs. Myrna Creasman. Many CMMS students, faculty and alumni attended in traditional clothing to celebrate the evening. Fine international performances and appetizers were enjoyed. On Friday, November 9th, 2007, the Student Celebration was held with all currently enrolled students. This informal celebration also provided entertainment and food with international flair. Congratulations CMMS on 20 years of fine educational English service to the UCF and international community worldwide!
